Before launching DJ Darren Williams Events & Entertainment, I was already a well-established club and festival R&B DJ with valuable experience performing in Hull, across the UK, and Ibiza at some of the legendary nightclubs and venues. I held long-term DJ residencies while collaborating with high-profile trusted clients, including Leeds United Football Club, Hull Kingston Rovers Rugby League Club, 49ers Enterprises, and P&O Ferries. I was a resident DJ for one of the biggest R&B events in the UK, globally recognized as 'ROADBLOCK,' a brand that brought the likes of Ja Rule, Ne-Yo, Bobby V, 112, Next, Cassidy, City High, Lemar, Beverley Knight, Damage, and Big Brovas to the Yorkshire Region. With over two decades of live mixing experience in front of thousands of people across various events and venues, I have mastered the art of reading any crowd and maintaining flawless energy from the first drop to the last track.

My corporate events include the 2019/2020 Leeds United kit launch at the club's superstore in Trinity Shopping Centre, the Leeds United Amazon documentary "Take Us Home" premiere at the Dakota Hotel in Leeds, and the San Francisco 49ers NFL Playoff UK event at Elland Road Stadium.

THE DJ DARREN WILLIAMS PREMIUM UK BRAND & CORPORATE EVENT - Starting from £500
This experience is tailored for those looking to elevate their brand or corporate event with premium, stylish, and unforgettable entertainment. Ideal for business promotions, whether during the day or night, this package includes everything you need for a seamless experience, including background entertainment provided by top-notch DJ services.
This package includes:
- A DJ set starting at 2 hours of curated background entertainment tailored exclusively to your taste (extensions to the hours can be adjusted and priced accordingly).
- Full access to my Serato DJ Pro Music Library.
- My top spec Rev 7 DJ Controller or Pioneer CDJs.
- A professional premium sound system featuring top spec QSC speakers and 18' subwoofers.
- A fully programmed lighting show, including 6 moving heads (if required).
- A stylish DJ booth available in all black or with white trim.
- A microphone for your use to communicate with your guests.
- A smoke/haze machine with the required fluid (optional depending on venue policy, event timing, and indoor or outdoor settings).
- Complete event planning, including setup and travel arrangements, so you can relax and enjoy your corporate event entertainment.
- I have a 360 camera that can capture some incredible moments from the event, which I'm happy to share with you.
- Recommendations for additional artists, including saxophone players, singers, bands, bongo dancers, fire breathers, stilt walkers, etc., as well as photo booths and collaborators from previous events (once booking is secured).
- Travel expenses will be added depending on the event location.
THE DJ DARREN WILLIAMS ONLY UK BRAND & CORPORATE EVENT - Starting from £300
This experience is designed for clients who want to provide everything at the venue, including a full setup with DJ booth, sound system, lighting, microphones, and all necessary insurances and public liability. I simply arrive to plug in and play using the provided system. This offering is perfect for those looking to elevate their brand or corporate event with premium, stylish, and unforgettable corporate event entertainment.
Ideal for business promotions, whether during the day or at night, and requiring background entertainment, this package includes:
- A DJ set starting at 2 hours of curated background entertainment tailored exclusively to your taste (extensions can be adjusted and priced accordingly).
- A bespoke soundtrack featuring 90's & 2000's R&B, Hip-Hop & Dancehall music, along with full access to my Serato DJ Pro Music Library.
- My top-spec Rev 7 DJ controller, if required.
- Comprehensive event planning, including my travel arrangements handled for you, so you can relax and enjoy the experience.
- I also have a 360 camera that can capture some memorable moments from the event, which I'm happy to share with you.
- Travel and accommodation expenses will be added depending on the event location.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Travel expenses and accommodation will be included based on the event venue and location, with no travel expenses added for local events in the Hull area.
The standard package for corporate event entertainment includes a 2-hour DJ set. If you require additional hours for your DJ services, please inform me of your requirements when inquiring so I can adjust the pricing accordingly.
To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining balance due no later than 28 days before your event date. Alternatively, you may choose to pay the balance in full as a one-time payment, noting that 50% of this amount is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Limited dates are available throughout 2026 and 2027 on a first-come, first-served basis. Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash, and receipts or invoices can be provided upon request.
Flexible payment plans are available with an agreed deposit and regular payment schedule, but please note that 50% of the full balance agreed is non-refundable under the aforementioned terms.
For any bookings made within 28 days of the event, the full balance is required to secure the date.
All prices are based on the date of inquiry and are subject to change due to inflation or other factors.
If full payment is not received, I will regrettably not be able to attend the event on the scheduled date.
In the event that my equipment is damaged by a guest at the event, that guest will be liable for the costs associated with the damage.

In the unlikely situation that I have to cancel the booking, a full refund will be issued for any payments made, including the non-refundable deposit. I will also assist you in finding a replacement DJ through my recommendations.
For all UK Premium Experiences, I require a minimum of 3 hours to set up at the venue before the event's start time (this setup time does not count against your DJ set times). This ensures a smooth transition for your event planning.
Additionally, I always arrive early to ensure everything is set up and that a full sound and lighting check is completed before your guests arrive. I handle all technical details so you don't have to, and I'm happy to liaise with the venue and share contact details to coordinate our planning.
As a passionate DJ, I enjoy recording footage at events for my business branding and social media platforms, capturing everything from DJ shots to crowd energy and the venue. I will always seek your permission and discuss this with you prior to the event to ensure you're comfortable with this or if you prefer your event to remain private.
